1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LeetEye is an educational mobile application designed to help users build pattern recognition skills for technical interviews through guided learning sequences. The App provides:

• Interactive learning problems covering algorithm patterns
• Multiple choice questions and trace-through exercises
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Optional cloud sync for multi-device access
• Push notifications for learning reminders (optional)

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You may use the App as a guest without creating an account. To access additional features such as cloud sync, you may sign in using Google or GitHub authentication.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShedboxAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The LeetEye name, logo, and branding
• All learning content, problems, and explanations
• User interface designs and graphics
• Software code and algorithms

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as notes or custom progress data). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us the right to use that feedback without any obligation to you.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer free and premium features. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.

7. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Educational Purpose

The App is designed for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to job offers, interview success, or improved performance. Your success depends on many factors beyond this App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShedboxAI shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShedboxAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending a notification through the App for significant changes

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• You must stop all use of the App
• We may delete your account and data (subject to our Privacy Policy)

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShedboxAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShedboxAI regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
